About The Position

This position involves designing, developing, and delivering training and organizational change management products and activities. The goal is to support the integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.

Requirements

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Bachelor Degree
Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines

Nice To Haves

PROSCI or equivalent communications and change management certification
Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships to support the overall goal of a smooth introduction of AI-enabled softare system features
Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skill
