About The Position

Trainer and Metrics Specialist Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Trainer and Metrics Specialist with a 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional support, analytics, or related fields. The Trainer and Metrics Specialist blends training facilitation, analytics, and AI-enabled production to improve cybersecurity learning effectiveness and measurement. This role supports enterprise training delivery, modernization initiatives, and governance through engaging instruction and actionable performance insights. This is a full- time position. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Location: Remote Salary will be based on experience and technical interview Educational Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline ( 6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional support, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning metrics, and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cybersecurity or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training, scenario-based learning, micro-learning, and job aids.
• Lead continuous improvement, including KSA-aligned quarterly refreshes and rapid content updates.
• Design experiential cybersecurity scenarios tied to enterprise systems (e.g., CFACTS).
• Develop AI-assisted training content, videos, and automated production workflows.
• Conduct KSA assessments, analyze results, and implement targeted remediation strategies.
• Build dashboards and automated reports to support governance, compliance, and modernization.
• Support LMS operations, data pipelines, and publication workflows.
• Enhance NEO, Cyber Café programming, and learner engagement through analytics and gamification.
• Contribute to Workforce Resilience initiatives and role-based learning pathways.
