AI Technology Lead
About The Position
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role requires expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI Governance, with a strong technical background and functional acumen to present to the Board. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting AI solutions, particularly with frameworks for Agentic AI, and exposure to technologies like Bedrock & Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Experience with AI Governance within the Federal government, preferably following NIST guidelines, is essential. The role also demands the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and stay current with evolving AI technologies, including AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a related field.
- Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in AI and machine learning.
- At least three (3) years in senior technical roles leading AI implementations in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple AI domains, including natural language processing, AI forecasting, and generative AI.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects, preferably in government or highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
- Experience in AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks.

- Additional certifications in data science, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.
- Training/certification in Agile methods.
- Federal government or financial services industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise in order to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions using AI, specifically Agentic AI frameworks.
