AI Strategist - Deployed

Mason•New York City, NY

About The Position

Mason is hiring an AI Strategist to identify where AI can meaningfully improve a customer's business and lead the work from discovery through deployment and adoption. The role embeds with customer operators and executives to understand workflows, data, exceptions, and the value of potential improvements, then turns those findings into a deployment plan with defined scope, priorities, and success measures. The AI Strategist writes code to test ideas, works with customer data and APIs, builds prototypes, and contributes to integrations and debugging alongside Mason's engineers. The position owns customer communication, expectations, roadmaps, and delivery decisions, and leads rollout, training, and adoption. It also measures whether customer work improves and turns lessons from engagements into product decisions, deployment practices, and reusable tools. Mason is building an AI-powered company brain for the built world that brings together fragmented documents, databases, emails, and operational knowledge to help people and agents automate work and reduce errors. The role works directly with founders and decision makers at firms managing billions in assets under management, with opportunities to influence the product, deployment approach, and team.
