Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, or workflow design, ideally in consulting, an AI-native company, or a fast-growth startup.
A track record of redesigning a workflow or process, with the ability to articulate the changes made, the rationale, and the results.
Daily, hands-on use of the modern agentic AI stack (e.g., Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Zapier/n8n).
Strong discovery instincts and the ability to ask questions that reveal how work actually happens.
Credibility with both executives and engineers, capable of translating between client needs and technical direction.
A bias towards shipping and automating manual processes.
High ownership, low ego, and a builder's instinct.

Nice To Haves

Background as Chief of Staff, ops lead, PM at an AI-forward company, management consultant (McKinsey Digital, BCG X, Bain Vector), service designer (IDEO, Fjord), or founder.
Published writing, public speaking, or other public artifacts demonstrating a point of view on applied AI.

Responsibilities

Own the client relationship at the C-suite level, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic AI initiatives.
Conduct AI strategy audits to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize AI implementation opportunities.
Design and lead sprints to accelerate strategic, product, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineers to build and implement AI workflows using various tools and platforms.
Drive adoption of implemented workflows post-launch to ensure sustained impact.
Develop and refine playbooks based on field learnings to be used across future engagements.
Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers to ship work, not just spec it.
Sit with executives and operational staff to understand diverse needs and provide honest feedback.
Live at the frontier of agentic AI as a daily practitioner.
Ensure clients become measurably more AI-native through workflow adoption and business outcome improvements.
