About The Position

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant with expertise in Data Science, Generative AI, AI Agents, process assessment, workflow automation, cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation. The role combines consulting, solution architecture, AI engineering, and stakeholder management to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, AI-powered business solutions.

The consultant analyzes business processes and designs AI solutions aligned with business objectives, from discovery and feasibility assessment through prototyping, production implementation, governance, and operationalization. The role also supports Azure-based and multi-cloud deployments and creates recommendations and implementation road maps.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Solution Consulting.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
• Experience mentoring teams.
• Expertise in Data Science, Generative AI, AI Agents, process assessment, workflow automation, cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, subprocesses, activities, and tasks to identify automation opportunities.
• Design AI, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility, suitability, complexity, and risk assessments for automation initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Define AI governance, monitoring, observability, and adoption frameworks.
• Create executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation road maps.
• Support Azure-based and multi-cloud solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operationalization.
• Mentor teams.
