About The Position

The AI Solutions Consultant is a forward-deployed, non-development role responsible for partnering with business teams across AI2IO and its affiliated companies to identify, design, and implement practical solutions using the company’s standard AI platforms — including Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, the internal CORE AI platform, and other approved AI tools. This role serves as the embedded translator between business workflows and AI capabilities. The Consultant spends significant time alongside business users — observing how work gets done today, identifying friction and repetitive patterns, and configuring AI-based solutions that fit the way teams actually operate. This role builds within existing platforms rather than writing software: assembling Claude Projects with curated knowledge sources and system prompts, configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, designing prompt libraries for repeatable workflows, building Power Automate flows with Copilot assistance, and orchestrating multi-step solutions that combine the company’s standard AI tools. This is a relationship-driven role. The Consultant earns trust by listening before recommending, ships small wins quickly to demonstrate value, and graduates business teams from one-off AI use into durable, governed, AI-enabled workflows that compound over time. The Consultant works closely with the AI Enablement Program Manager to convert successful engagements into reusable patterns, training material, and adoption signals. They also serve as a key feedback channel back to AI platform owners — surfacing capability gaps, training needs, and governance issues observed in the field. This role is operationally focused and execution-oriented. The Consultant receives general direction on priorities and engagement targets and is expected to independently manage their portfolio of business engagements.
