About The Position

E·N Computers is hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to assist business owners and salespeople in closing more deals, vetting contracts faster, and scaling their companies using AI, primarily Claude and the Microsoft 365 stack. This is a new role where the consultant will be the public face of this practice, responsible for writing and speaking about AI's capabilities for CEOs, consulting with prospects to identify AI integration points, and implementing these solutions. The role offers significant opportunity to shape its direction.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills for drafting blog posts, LinkedIn content, video scripts, and client-facing materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Claude, or comparable AI tools used in a business setting.
  • A track record of public speaking and presenting, with a willingness to post regularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Patience to teach AI concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Self-direction, as the role is fully remote and involves working with busy executives.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related writing-heavy field.
  • Past consulting, account management, or sales engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Fireflies, HubSpot, or other tools used by an MSP.
  • A portfolio of existing content (blog, video, podcast).

Responsibilities

  • Build the practice's voice by writing blog posts, LinkedIn content, and short videos explaining AI's business benefits in plain language with concrete examples, including regular on-camera appearances.
  • Consult with CEO prospects to explain how AI fits into their sales conversations, contract review, and daily decisions.
  • Set up Claude and Fireflies within Microsoft 365, connecting tools to Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, and configuring integrations for seamless user experience.
  • Customize Claude for each client by loading their brand guides, voice samples, proposal examples, and playbooks to ensure AI output aligns with their brand and business knowledge.
  • Train executives through one-on-one and small-group sessions, enabling them to use the tools effectively without requiring IT support.

  • 60% Base Salary / 40% Variable Performance Pay
  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Target Variable Pay: $40,000 (Commissions and KPIs)
  • Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000
  • New Revenue Commissions: 10% of first-year Annual Contract Value (ACV) for any client closed (uncapped).
