About The Position

Omnea is seeking an exceptional AI Solutions Associate to join their customer team in New York. This role involves working behind the scenes on the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations, implementing optimal solutions for customers. The position offers a path to become a product expert and a voice of product depth, with opportunities to move into broader customer team roles within 1-2 years. The company has recently secured $50M in Series B funding and has experienced significant growth in revenue, customer base, and retention. Omnea is building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management and is looking for driven individuals to help turn procurement into a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new products/tools/processes.
• Skillset, patience, and desire to become an Omnea product expert.
• Works hard and cares deeply about their work; ambitious and wants a successful career.
• Willing to put in the effort over the first 12-24 months for a strong grounding in the product.
• Highly organized with incredible attention to detail; a master of juggling multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn and soak up knowledge early in their career.

Responsibilities

• Support and champion customers in their journey with Omnea.
• Assist S&I (Solutions & Implementation) Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation.
• Become a product expert, skilled in configuring the product, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
• Hone organization and planning skills by coordinating and driving towards launch and achieving key milestones in deployment.
• Focus on setting customers up for success by ensuring their data is in great shape and their configurations are implemented with sophistication.
• Learn how to deploy a new and evolving SaaS product to renowned tech companies by actively doing it.
