About The Position

CIBC’s Enterprise AI Platforms & Solutions team is hiring for an AI Solutions Analyst Co-op! In this team you’ll support key strategic programs that enhance our employee and client experiences, optimize current processes. The role will require collaboration with your business partners, stakeholders and peers, as well as a design thinking mindset. You’ll assist in defining the teams priorities, developing strategies, and supporting the creation of roadmaps that position the bank for future success keeping the clients at the center of focus as well considering external factors that will influence our Artificial Intelligence (AI). At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible.
• AI Systems
• Microsoft Access VBA
• Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Automation
• You are focused on AI innovation. You can demonstrate a focus on AI innovation, client and employee experience, and accountability to self-drive to meet objectives.
• You have the analytical skills to review and evaluate data to find innovative opportunities and share with partners.

• Experience with VBA coding is nice to have.

• Support the assessment of market trends and emerging opportunities to continuously improve CIBC’s experiences.
