About The Position

The AI Solutions Adoption Manager guides customers from the late sales stage through deployment, training, sustained use, and measurable operational value for CAMP Aviate AI solutions. The role works with customer leaders and front-line users, and collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services. The manager investigates barriers to adoption and helps customers make practical changes to workflows and operations.

Requirements

• At least four years in enterprise Customer Success, technology adoption, implementation, change management, consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Evidence of helping customers change how people work after software goes live.
• Strong project coordination, facilitation, training, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work credibly with executives, operational managers, technical teams, and front-line users.
• Comfort with AI, analytics, data-driven products, or complex enterprise software.
• Curiosity and persistence in diagnosing why adoption stalls, followed by clear action and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel when on-site engagement will materially improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Join significant opportunities before signature to understand intended outcomes, users, sponsors, and adoption requirements.
• Build customer adoption plans covering workflows, training, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and measures of value.
• Guide customers through kickoff, technical deployment, initial use, and integration into normal operations.
• Train and coach users and managers, and assess whether training changes actual behavior.
• Use product activity and direct customer conversations to diagnose low usage, workflow friction, weak sponsorship, and other barriers.
• Identify risks early, coordinate recovery plans, and keep relevant customer and CAMP teams informed.
• Capture product issues and enhancement requests with clear context on users and operational impact, then follow up on their disposition.
• Document adoption health and customer value for the ongoing account team, and identify opportunities for broader use and customer advocacy.
