About The Position

We have an opportunity for an AI Solution Manager to join our Business Strategy team, reporting to the Strategic Programs Director. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect and champion of AI-powered solutions across Infoblox's global go-to-market organization — translating emerging AI capabilities into tangible business impact that accelerates revenue, improves customer outcomes, and empowers our field-facing teams. Collaborating closely with Business Strategy, Field Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Development, and IT, you will identify, design, and scale AI solutions that transform how our customer-facing teams operate, engage customers, and drive growth. You will thrive in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment where bold thinking becomes real-world results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution management, strategic programs, sales operations, or a related field within a B2B enterprise technology environment; candidates bring a depth of execution excellence and demonstrated leadership at scale
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI or advanced technology solutions in a go-to-market or field operations context
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., generative AI, Copilot, Glean, CRM AI features) to enhance decision-making and operational performance
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing without authority across Sales, CS, Product, and IT stakeholders
  • Exceptional executive communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts into business value for field leaders, customers, and senior executives
  • Demonstrated program and project management capabilities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • BA/BS required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, networking or cybersecurity solutions, and the enterprise sales cycle is a strong plus
  • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci) and driving large-scale technology adoption preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an AI solutions roadmap aligned with go-to-market priorities, partnering closely with Field Sales, Customer Development, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services leadership
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across the sales cycle, customer success, and field operations — from opportunity identification through renewal and expansion
  • Partner with IT and Business Strategy teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tools and capabilities that serve customer-facing teams
  • Lead solution design workshops and discovery sessions with regional and global field leaders to surface requirements and co-create AI-driven workflows
  • Build and maintain governance frameworks to ensure responsible, scalable, and compliant deployment of AI solutions across the go-to-market organization
  • Develop and track KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, business impact, and return on investment for all AI solution initiatives
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert and thought leader on AI solutions — curating insights, communicating progress, and synthesizing learnings from across the organization
  • Create enablement materials, playbooks, and executive-ready reporting to drive awareness, alignment, and adoption across field-facing teams
  • Evaluate and manage third-party AI vendors, tools, and partnerships in collaboration with IT and Legal
  • Represent go-to-market AI solution needs in cross-functional planning forums, OKR reviews, and strategic programs
