About The Position

AI Solution Architect The Opportunity: Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
• Experience in contracting
• Experience working with messy, real-world data, such as cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools, such as LLM engineering, to build or enhance applications
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, proposal development, negotiation, and compliance workflows
• Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages
• Bachelor's degree
• U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications, such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, ideally leveraging platforms such as Databricks
• Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, such as hallucination, security, or bias in real implementations
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
• Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impact, such as ROI and efficiency
