About The Position

The AI SEO Content Specialist develops content for the Growth Marketing team with a focus on AI SEO. This role is responsible for writing and optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and resource guides, while also supporting copy needs for growth marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and editing skills with hands-on AI SEO expertise, ensuring Lone Wolf content performs in traditional search results while also appearing in AI-generated answers and citations.

Requirements

2-5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in SEO strategy, content development, and content optimization.
Hands-on experience with AI large language models (LLMs), AI-driven SEO platforms, and content automation and optimization tools.
Experience using SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, monitor algorithm changes, and make data-driven content decisions.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to transform AI-generated content into authoritative, human-centered content.

Responsibilities

Write and scale high-quality content, including blog posts, landing pages, resource guides, and growth marketing campaign copy.
Create content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Ensure all content aligns with Lone Wolf's brand voice and messaging.
Own Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.
Establish and maintain structured content standards, including schema markup, concise summary sections, FAQ content, and AI-friendly formatting.
Optimize content for visibility in AI-generated search experiences and large language models (LLMs).
Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis using AI-powered SEO platforms.
Identify high-value search opportunities, emerging search trends, shifts in user intent, and competitor content gaps.
Develop content recommendations based on research findings.
Edit, proofread, and fact-check AI-generated and human-written content.
Ensure brand consistency, factual accuracy, readability, and an authoritative tone.
Refine AI-generated drafts into polished, high-quality content.
Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and page crawlability.
Support overall technical and on-page SEO performance.
Monitor and report on key content metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility and citations, and conversion rates.
Use performance insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
