About The Position

The AI SDLC Trainer/Coach delivers Electric Mind's AI-enabled delivery curriculum, helping practitioners adopt new ways of working and apply AI-enabled SDLC practices. After completing an AI course and train-the-trainer program, the Trainer facilitates bootcamps, supports learner adoption, and helps teams transition from training into practical application.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation and instructional skills for combined technical and business audiences across varying experience levels.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled software delivery practices and SDLC processes.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
  • Ability to confidently learn and deliver a provided curriculum.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical training environments.
  • Proven coaching, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in instructional design and content customization.
  • Ability to adapt training materials to organizational standards and learning platforms.
  • Experience training additional facilitators and developing job aids or supplemental learning resources.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Electric Mind's onboarding and become certified to deliver the curriculum.
  • Co-facilitate bootcamps before progressing to independent delivery.
  • Deliver instructor-led AI Enablement Bootcamps for cross-functional audiences, both in-person and virtually.
  • Lead hands-on sessions using AI tools and provide support for setup, access, and tooling issues.
  • Coach learners through AI-enabled SDLC activities, including requirements documentation, solution design, implementation planning, development, and quality engineering.
  • Support the transition from training to embedded team through coaching and ongoing learning.
  • Assess learner readiness, identify skill gaps, and provide development recommendations.
  • Track and report training metrics, including attendance, completion, and learner confidence.
  • Capture lessons learned and share feedback to improve future training.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, enablement leads, and stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant and practical.
