About The Position

The AI Sales Specialist role is a critical position focused on driving the adoption of Simpro Group's AI back-office solutions. The primary mission is to help customers, particularly those in trades and field-service management with tight profit margins, significantly increase their profitability by leveraging AI. This role involves introducing transformative AI solutions that many businesses may not realize are possible, acting as a key agent in changing how their back offices operate and improving their bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Simpro Group’s AI back-office solutions across the existing customer base.
  • Pair technical command of the product with relentless, direct engagement to demonstrate how AI can lift customer margins.
  • Generate pipeline into non-managed accounts.
  • Arm and support Account Managers on expansion deals.
  • Introduce AI as a back-office engine that can transform customer profitability through technical firepower, demos, and direct engagement.
  • Act as the product authority, connecting AI capabilities to areas where customers are losing margin.
  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive outbound efforts into non-managed accounts and support Account Managers on live deals.
  • Run consistent, focused outbound into non-managed accounts to build a pipeline of customers ready for economic transformation.
  • Carry and achieve a defined adoption and expansion quota tied to customer profitability.
  • Demonstrate and present AI solutions, translating technology into profit.
  • Step in for Account Managers on demos and technical conversations.
  • Understand product integrations with each other and the customer’s existing technology stack.
  • Handle technical questions and objections from customers evaluating AI adoption.
  • Build and maintain deep mastery across the full product portfolio, including new products and acquisitions.
  • Bring customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competition to out-position competitors.
