About The Position

BRDGIT, powered by The SilverLogic (TSL), is seeking a Founding AI Sales Account Executive in the Phoenix Metro Area. BRDGIT specializes in providing AI solutions to small and mid-sized organizations, guiding them from assessment to implementation. This role is a 90-day founding sales program designed for driven individuals to build their success through a performance-based path to a full-time position. Top performers after 90 days will be offered a full-time role with a choice between a high-commission, no-base structure or a base salary with reduced commission. The program offers full support, resources, and guidance from BRDGIT and TSL.

Requirements

  • Ambition and execution over traditional credentials and impressive resumes
  • Hungry and not looking for comfort, but a shot
  • Tech-fluent: regularly use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools; have built something with AI or automated a task
  • Articulate: can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything; write well; read people well
  • Unafraid of a door: comfortable walking into a business and introducing yourself, cold calls, networking events, and rejection
  • Coachable: take feedback without defensiveness, apply it, and ask for more
  • Willing to bet on yourself: understand that no base for 90 days is scary but willing to do it because you believe in what you can produce
  • Industry-curious: willing to learn how real operators make money, where their workflows break, and how AI can help them move faster

  • Interest in corporate operations, luxury hospitality, commercial real estate, property management, B2B services, supply chain logistics, or field-service businesses

Responsibilities

  • Learn AI consulting firsthand by working closely with BRDGIT’s COO, AI Consultants, and engineers
  • Build your own book of business across The Phoenix Metro Area (SMB owners, founders, operators)
  • Develop the ability to sell AI services, from simple solutions to complex, multi-agent AI blueprints and implementations
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, networking, door knocking, etc.) to generate and book meetings
  • Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities quickly
  • Close deals ($3K–$30K/month) with support from BRDGIT leadership and earn 25% of each first invoice
  • Strengthen your personal brand by building real authority in AI
  • Attend the ICBCMS in Phoenix on Aug 4, 2026 to execute BRDGIT’s event strategy across commercial and corporate management sectors
  • Pre-qualify prospects and secure follow-up meetings with operations leaders in logistics, hospitality, commercial real estate, and management consulting
  • Scale your portfolio within the Phoenix Metro Area by targeting SMBs struggling with complex supply chains, disjointed tech stacks, and heavy administrative or compliance burdens
