Requirements

  • 2+ years of hospice or healthcare sales experience in the Arizona market.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding territory goals, not just holding accounts.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills. You manage your own calendar and your own pipeline.
  • The ability to think strategically about a territory, identify high-value targets, and build a road map to get there.
  • A proactive, competitive mindset. You set goals because you want to hit them.
  • Polished communication and presentation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field travel across the Phoenix metro area.
  • Employment requires a full background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Established referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, or physician practices in the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an active referral territory across the Phoenix metro, building lasting relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and other key partners.
  • Identify and develop new referral sources through consistent, strategic field activity, including sales calls, facility visits, and community events.
  • Analyze your territory to build and execute a focused marketing plan with measurable outcomes.
  • Meet regularly with key decision-makers, track your activity, and report on the impact of your field efforts.
  • Represent the Endeavor brand at conferences, networking events, community gatherings, and partner functions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader BD team to hit and exceed shared goals.
  • Support smooth care transitions by assisting with inquiries and intakes when needed.
