About The Position

BRDGIT, powered by The SilverLogic (TSL), is building a team to help grow its AI solutions business. BRDGIT focuses on helping small and mid-sized organizations understand, plan, and apply AI with confidence, using a proven process and consulting framework. This role is a 90-day founding sales program designed for driven individuals seeking a performance-based path to a full-time position. Top performers after 90 days will be offered a full-time role with a choice between a high-commission, no-base structure, or a base salary with reduced commission. Requirements

  • Ambition and execution over traditional credentials and impressive resumes.
  • Hungry. Not looking for comfort, but for a shot.
  • Tech-fluent. Regularly use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools. Have built something with AI, even if it’s just automated a boring task in your own life. Curious about how it all works.
  • Articulate. Can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything. Write well. Read people well.
  • Unafraid of a door. Walking into a business and introducing yourself doesn’t scare you. Neither does a cold call, a networking event, or a rejection.
  • Coachable. Take feedback without defensiveness. Apply it. Ask for more.
  • Willing to bet on yourself. Understand that no base for 90 days is scary, and willing to do it because you believe in what you can produce.
  • Industry-curious. Willing to learn how real operators make money, where their workflows break, and how AI can help them move faster.

Responsibilities

  • Learn AI consulting firsthand by working closely with BRDGIT’s COO, AI Consultants, and engineers
  • Build your own book of business across The Charlotte Metro Area (SMB owners, founders, operators)
  • Develop the ability to sell AI services, from simple solutions to complex, multi-agent AI blueprints and implementations
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, networking, door knocking, etc.) to generate and book meetings
  • Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities quickly
  • Close deals ($3K–$30K/month) with support from BRDGIT leadership and earn 25% of each first invoice
  • Strengthen your personal brand by building real authority in AI
  • Build your own book of business across the Charlotte metro, targeting SMB owners, founders, operators, contractors, service providers, and regional suppliers.
  • Use Furniture Manufacturing Expo week as a market-development opportunity: build target lists, contact furniture manufacturers and suppliers, book off-floor meetings, and schedule follow-up calls with BRDGIT leadership.
  • Focus on SMBs with high operational coordination load: lots of quotes, orders, jobs, projects, inventory, schedules, customer updates, documents, production steps, or repetitive admin handled by a small management team.
  • Build pipeline in industries such as furniture/custom manufacturing, commercial interiors, logistics, construction trades, professional services, medical/wellness, property/facilities services, and light industrial businesses.
