About The Position

BRDGIT, powered by The Silver Logic (TSL), is a custom software development company specializing in AI solutions for small and mid-sized organizations. They help clients understand, plan, and implement AI using a proven process and consulting framework. BRDGIT is building a team to support its growth and is offering a 90-day founding sales program designed for driven individuals seeking a performance-based path to a full-time role. Top performers after 90 days will be offered a full-time position with a choice between a high-commission, no-base structure, or a base salary with reduced commission.

Requirements

  • Ambition and execution over traditional credentials and impressive resumes.
  • Tech-fluent: Regularly use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools. Have built something with AI or automated a task.
  • Articulate: Ability to talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything. Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Unafraid of a door: Comfortable with cold outreach (in-person, calls, email, networking) and rejection.
  • Coachable: Ability to take feedback without defensiveness and apply it.
  • Willing to bet on yourself: Understand and accept the 90-day commission-only period.
  • Industry-curious: Willingness to learn how local industries operate and how AI can help.
  • Resume or LinkedIn profile.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in mining services, industrial suppliers, equipment rental or sales, machine shops, trucking/logistics, safety/compliance, environmental services, construction, manufacturing, or field-service businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Learn AI consulting firsthand by working closely with BRDGIT’s COO, AI Consultants, and engineers.
  • Build your own book of business across The Reno Metro Area (SMB owners, founders, operators).
  • Develop the ability to sell AI services, from simple solutions to complex, multi-agent AI blueprints and implementations.
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, networking, door knocking, etc.) to generate and book meetings.
  • Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities quickly.
  • Close deals ($3K–$30K/month) with support from BRDGIT leadership and earn 25% of each first invoice.
  • Strengthen your personal brand by building real authority in AI.
  • Attend Elko Mining Expo in Elko, Nevada on June 4–5 as part of BRDGIT’s Events strategy in mining and industrial services.
  • Build a target list before the expo and book follow-up calls with mining contractors, equipment suppliers, trucking/logistics firms, safety vendors, environmental companies, and industrial service providers.
  • Build your broader book of business across the Reno metro, focusing on SMBs with high operational coordination load: lots of jobs, orders, crews, schedules, customers, field work, documents, dispatching, or repetitive admin handled by a small team.
