Harnham’s Summer Internship Program is an intensive 8-week experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a high-performing recruitment business operates — from business development and client outreach to candidate sourcing, delivery, and successful placements. This program offers a real-world introduction to sales, consulting, and talent acquisition while working alongside some of Harnham’s top-performing consultants. During the program, you will experience the full recruitment process, including: Conducting cold outreach and market research to support business development efforts Learning how consultants build and manage client relationships Understanding client hiring needs and talent market trends Sourcing and identifying high-quality technical candidates Supporting candidate screening and qualification processes Observing and participating in interview coordination and candidate delivery Gaining insight into negotiation, offer management, and placement strategy Seeing the recruitment lifecycle come full-circle from first outreach to successful hire
