About The Position

This role focuses on labelling, annotating, and evaluating various types of content (photos, graphics, videos, stickers, designs) in Vietnamese to assess linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness. The evaluator will assess AI-generated content against Canva's quality standards for Thai users, contributing to the development of AI experiences in the Thai language. Responsibilities include building and contributing to Thailand-specific datasets, delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets, and refining personal labels based on feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaboration with in-house Data Labelling teams in the Philippines and EU is also a key aspect for ongoing quality alignment.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker with strong written and spoken English
• Ability to move fluidly between Thai and English with confidence
• Attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies and maintain a high quality bar even on repetitive tasks
• Self-directed with the ability to manage own time across multiple concurrent projects
• Adaptable; able to pick up new guidelines quickly and apply them consistently across different task types
• Genuine curiosity about AI and excitement to be part of building language experiences that work for Thai users
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the work evolves

Responsibilities

• Labelling, annotating, and evaluating photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in Vietnamese — assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness
• Evaluating AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for Thailand users, helping shape how AI experiences land in your language
• Building and contributing to Thailand-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features
• Delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines
• Reviewing and refining your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Collaborating with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment
