About The Position

This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated content for Dutch users, ensuring linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness. The AI Quality Evaluator will label, annotate, and assess various media types (photos, graphics, videos, stickers, designs) in Dutch. This position involves building and contributing to Dutch-specific datasets to support the internationalization of Canva AI features. The role requires delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets, and refining personal labels based on feedback to maintain consistency. Collaboration with in-house Data Labelling teams in the Philippines and EU is also a key aspect for ongoing quality alignment.

Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker with strong written and spoken English
• Ability to move fluidly between Dutch and English with confidence
• Attention to detail; inconsistencies catch your eye and you hold yourself to a high quality bar even on repetitive tasks
• Self-directed and able to manage own time across multiple concurrent projects without needing to be chased
• Adaptable; able to pick up new guidelines quickly and apply them consistently across different task types
• Genuinely curious about AI and excited to be part of building language experiences that work for Dutch users
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the work evolves

Responsibilities

• Labelling, annotating, and evaluating photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in Dutch — assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness
• Evaluating AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for Dutch users, helping shape how AI experiences land in your language
• Building and contributing to Dutch-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features
• Delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines
• Reviewing and refining your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Collaborating with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment
