Hatch is seeking a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Pittsburgh on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition - USA, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across the region. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while helping deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment administration across the USA region.
  • Create and manage requisitions and candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with candidate shortlisting and pre-screening activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage background checks, pre-employment testing, and onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Support named hires and other targeted recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare recruitment reports and insights as required.
