About The Position

Arcfield is seeking a dynamic, mission-focused engineer to lead projects focused on adopting AI and machine learning, optimizing capabilities, and deploying solutions for complex systems analysis. The AI Project Leader defines development objectives, reviews change requests and architecture changes, and recommends priorities and courses of action. The role works with government and contractor team members in a challenging environment and advises on AI/ML strategy to align with customer priorities. It also assesses industry approaches for cost-efficiency and technical viability and provides clear guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years with a master’s degree, or 0–2 years with a Ph.D.
• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical or scientific field, such as engineering, operations research, engineering management, or another STEM field.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with government and contractor team members in a challenging work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience driving adoption of cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for mission-critical applications.
• Ability to assess, develop, and optimize AI models for real-time and large-scale data operations.
• Ability to translate AI governing policies into actionable steps and plans for subordinate organizations.
• Experience in Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), acquisition, and the Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of GEOINT or SIGINT.

Responsibilities
