About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an AI Program Manager / Business Analyst for one of our direct clients in Los Alamitos, CA. This is a business-facing role focused on GenAI use-case development and delivery. The role involves driving GenAI solutions in collaboration with AI Architects and IT teams, acting as the main point of contact between business and technical teams. A good understanding of GenAI/AI concepts and program management is required. We are seeking an AI Program Manager / Business Analyst to lead and coordinate AI initiatives across multiple business functions. This person will identify opportunities for AI, gather business and data requirements, evaluate workflows, and guide projects from discovery through implementation. The ideal candidate has experience working within distributed, sales and marketing-driven organizations and can effectively connect business stakeholders, data teams, and technical resources.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, or a related role.
• At least three years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting distributed sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology or data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and data requirements.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and evaluation methods.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives across multiple departments, locations, and stakeholder groups.
• Identify business processes that could benefit from AI, automation, or improved data utilization.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into workflows, project plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate the evaluation and aggregation of data from multiple systems and business functions.
• Partner with technical teams on AI workflows, data pipelines, testing, and implementation.
• Define project milestones, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Evaluate AI outputs, data quality, user adoption, and business impact.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to business and technical leadership.
