About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an AI Program Manager / Business Analyst for one of our clients, a global leader in the largest ridesharing industry. This role involves supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives, with a focus on distributed sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations. The position requires managing cross-functional technology or data initiatives and a strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and data requirements.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, or a related role.
• At least three years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting distributed sales, marketing, or customer-facing organizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology or data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and data requirements.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and evaluation methods.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
