About The Position

Red Ventures Growth & Transformation is seeking AI Product Managers for client delivery teams. The role owns technically focused workstreams within larger client initiatives and serves as the point person for a defined feature set, designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI-native products and agentic workflows. The work supports client acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and machine learning, with a focus on measurable business value and production-ready solutions.

The position partners with senior product leads and works across delivery teams and Central Technology. It calls for strong analytical judgment, curiosity about how modern AI systems perform in production, a clear understanding of where AI can create value, and experience building and shipping AI-native solutions. The role also requires a strong data foundation, effective collaboration with development teams, and clear communication that can influence business decisions. The position follows a hybrid schedule and is based in the New York, NY or Charlotte, NC office. Visa sponsorship or transfer and corp-to-corp work are not available.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen, with the ability to develop data-driven ideas that create value for consumers and clients.
• Strong technical and data foundation, including the ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and use modern AI tools in product development.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and data-driven insights, and ability to prioritize workstreams effectively.
• Experience participating across the lifecycle of a production-grade solution, from identifying opportunities through measurement and optimization.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, participating in discovery, validating opportunities, and executing against jointly defined expectations.
• Track record of measurable business outcomes through AI/ML, including behavior change, key metric optimization, and demonstrated ROI.
• Fluency in data-related programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R and experience using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini to collect, mine, and analyze raw datasets.
• Hands-on responsibility for analyzing data and models rather than relying on other teams to provide insights.
• Experience building or shipping AI-native solutions and actively using agents to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoped workstreams from concept through delivery, aligning them with product goals and business strategy and translating larger initiatives into requirements, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams to convert product requirements into features, models, and data products; manage milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Drive product adoption through peer collaboration and stakeholder communication, and ensure platform features are scalable, reliable, and extensible across industry groups.
• Understand the experiments and KPIs operated by end users.
• Communicate regularly with product leadership, stakeholders, and client counterparts, using data-driven narratives to connect progress and outcomes to business impact and tradeoffs.
• Use LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI development tools to prototype workflows, test ideas, and run experiments that inform product decisions and accelerate development.
• Mentor junior teammates in product, technical, and analytical skills.
