Mid, AI Product Manager
About The Position
Red Ventures Growth & Transformation is seeking AI Product Managers for client delivery teams. The role owns technically focused workstreams within larger client initiatives and serves as the point person for a defined feature set, designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI-native products and agentic workflows. The work supports client acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and machine learning, with an emphasis on measurable business impact and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be analytical, curious, and familiar with how modern AI systems behave in production. They will bring experience shipping AI-native solutions, actively use agents to accelerate their work, and apply sound judgment to determine where AI creates real value. The position has high visibility across the industry group and involves partnering with senior product leads, delivery teams, and Central Technology. It calls for a strong data foundation, credible collaboration with development teams, and clear communication that can influence business decisions. The role requires a hybrid schedule and is based in the New York, NY or Charlotte, NC offices. It is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship and is not available for corp-to-corp arrangements.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop data-driven ideas that create value for consumers and clients.
- Strong technical and data foundation to collaborate with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and use modern AI tools in product development.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to integrate stakeholder input with data-driven insights and intuition, then prioritize work effectively.
- Experience participating across the lifecycle of a production-grade solution, from opportunity identification through measurement and optimization.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, participating in discovery, validating opportunities, and executing against jointly defined expectations.
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML, including behavior change, key-metric optimization, and clear ROI.
- Fluency in data-related programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience operating with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini to collect, mine, and analyze raw datasets.
- Hands-on experience investigating data and models rather than relying solely on other teams to produce insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead scoped workstreams from concept through delivery, aligning them with product goals and business strategy and translating larger initiatives into requirements, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams to translate product requirements into features, models, and data products; manage milestones, timelines, and dependencies through completion.
- Drive product adoption through peer collaboration and influential stakeholder communication.
- Ensure platform features are scalable, reliable, and extensible for use across multiple industry groups.
- Understand the experiments and KPIs operated by end users.
- Communicate regularly with product leadership, stakeholders, and/or client counterparts, using data-driven narratives to connect progress and outcomes to business impact and tradeoffs.
- Use LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI development tools to prototype workflows, test ideas, and run experiments that inform product decisions and accelerate development cycles.
- Support and mentor junior teammates, coaching them on product, technical, and analytical skills.
