About The Position

1mind is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the customer- and buyer-facing app layer of its AI-led go-to-market workforce, covering the Superhuman experience and the Superhuman Console. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and works with the Head of Product, conversational AI design, and app engineering teams. The Agents & Orchestration PM owns the underlying runtime; this role owns what customers and buyers see and use on top of it. The position focuses on enabling customers to create and tune effective Superhumans themselves, moving from a blank page to a live Superhuman quickly and without needing 1mind staff. The role owns the live experience across web, voice, and video; the Console for configuring personas, goals, knowledge, guardrails, testing, and publishing; onboarding and activation; analytics and value reporting; personalization; and the weekly release process. The role is fully remote and may be worked from anywhere in the United States. The salary range is $185,000 to $260,000, with stock options and company-paid benefits.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years working on an AI-native product where the user-facing experience was the product, rather than a feature added to SaaS.
  • Experience owning a user-facing product surface, ideally at an AI-native or craft-first product company, with attention to latency, motion, empty states, and copy.
  • Experience building or owning a builder, editor, or configuration product and distinguishing useful flexibility from confusing complexity.
  • Ability to think in funnels from signup through activation and habit; experience improving time-to-first-value and retention, with results that can be cited.
  • Ability to instrument a product before shipping.
  • Technical fluency to work with a runtime team, understand what prompt, context, and configuration changes can address versus what needs model-team work, and read conversation traces to diagnose experience failures.
  • Ability to prototype using code or design tools before writing a product document.
  • Clear, concise writing for specifications, dashboards, and communications with sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with voice, video, or real-time conversational products where latency and interruption handling shape the experience.
  • Product-led growth experience, including ownership of a self-serve funnel and related pricing or packaging surfaces.
  • Go-to-market domain experience, such as carrying a quota, managing a customer success book, or building products for people who do.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, or dashboard products used by customers to make decisions.
  • Enterprise application experience with administration surfaces, roles and permissions, workspace management, and related customer needs.
  • Founder or early-startup experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the live Superhuman experience across web, voice, and video, including pre-call preparation, in-call assistance, interactive demos, screen sharing, and post-call follow-through.
  • Improve conversation quality, including latency and interruption handling, and the details that keep buyers engaged.
  • Own the Superhuman Console for configuring personas, goals, ideal customer profiles, knowledge, guardrails, previews, testing, and publishing.
  • Help customers get from signup and a blank page to their first live conversation without assistance from 1mind, including onboarding, first-time user experience, templates, and defaults.
  • Use time to first value as a headline activation metric.
  • Own customer analytics and value reporting, including dashboards for pipeline influence, meetings advanced, and deals touched.
  • Develop workspace-level configuration and per-representative personalization, with representatives holding the controls and shared context surfaced appropriately across product surfaces.
  • Ship weekly in collaboration with design and engineering, involve enablement and customer success before releases, and jointly uphold the design quality bar for customer-facing surfaces.
  • Instrument products before shipping and improve signup, activation, habit formation, time to first value, and retention.
  • Work with the runtime team to determine whether experience issues can be addressed through prompt, context, or configuration changes or require model-team work; inspect conversation traces to identify where experiences break.
  • Prototype with code or design tools and improve product versions in production.
