About The Position

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD, anxiety, and pediatric obesity. They are building a virtual pediatric specialty clinic to deliver science-backed care to families. The company has strong product-market fit, a growing patient base, and has recently secured substantial Series A funding. The leadership team has deep healthcare expertise, and the company has raised $25M from prominent VCs. This role is for an AI Product Manager who will own product-led growth end-to-end, focusing on driving top-of-funnel acquisition without sales or marketing dependency. The position has full build authority, allowing the individual to set strategy, write specifications, own metrics, and leverage AI for faster execution. The role requires thinking and building like a product leader with AI as the primary tool. The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product with a dotted line to the Head of GTM and will work closely with clinical, operations, sales, and engineering teams, while largely operating independently on their owned areas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years shipping product end-to-end.
  • Strong engineer who has owned product decisions, or a product leader who writes their own code.
  • Comfortable in a PRD and a pull request.
  • Designs experiments to falsify their strongest assumption first.
  • Can prototype in a weekend and harden for production the next week.
  • Picks a north star metric, defends it, and reports against it honestly.
  • Genuinely enjoys talking to users (pediatricians, their staff, partner teams).
  • Operates well solo: sets the roadmap, writes the spec, ships code, and pulls in support when needed.
  • Experience with AI as a primary tool for execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own product-led growth end-to-end: research, ideation, build, ship, and measure.
  • Own the surfaces that drive top-of-funnel acquisition without sales or marketing dependency.
  • Set the strategy, write the spec, own the metric, and use AI to execute faster.
  • Make Clarity undeniably useful to referring pediatricians: easy to refer, automated where possible, and trustworthy through outcome data.
  • Be a hands-on builder behind integrations and partner-facing surfaces (EMR connections, custom partner experiences, payer-facing analytics) for enterprise clients.
  • Focus on discovery and user research, building systematic ways to learn from pediatricians at scale and translating insights into a prioritized growth roadmap.
  • Develop self-serve product experiences that make it effortless for pediatricians and their staff to navigate Clarity, refer patients, and get answers without contacting support.
  • Implement workflow automation to remove administrative burden from referring providers and shorten the referral path.
  • Build clinical collaboration infrastructure for two-way data flow between Clarity and referring providers.
  • Improve patient experience and establish feedback loops to referrers to compound trust.
  • Develop enterprise integrations and partner-facing surfaces to facilitate signed partnerships.
