The AI Portfolio & Delivery Lead is responsible for turning Pfizer Global Supply’s AI-native ambition into sustained operational value across the Global Hospital & Biosimilars manufacturing network. Reporting to the GH&B Operational Excellence & AI Transformation Lead, the role orchestrates the network’s Manufacturing AI Transformation Program, bringing together operational leaders, site teams, Digital experts, and business stakeholders. It translates strategy into action and ensures AI investments produce measurable improvements in safety, quality, supply reliability, productivity, cost efficiency, and colleague effectiveness. The role spans strategic roadmap development and hands-on collaboration with site teams to accelerate deployment, replication, AI fluency, and adoption; success is measured by realized, sustained value. The position owns the AI roadmap and its end-to-end execution, including prioritization and sequencing of process redesign based on value, feasibility, and network readiness. It works with leaders to refine scope, sequencing, and investment priorities as AI and Digital programs evolve, while tracking delivery and communicating critical updates to leadership. It partners with site AI champions, transformation leads, and business leaders to build engagement, adoption, and capability; sequences interdependent work across squads; and manages solution deployment and replication from pilot through scale. The role also establishes rigorous value tracking, metrics, program status reporting, and governance. It identifies and resolves risks, roadblocks, and resource conflicts, escalating issues when executive intervention is needed, and chairs governance forums to keep stakeholders informed. The role requires disciplined execution, operational credibility, influence without direct authority, structured problem-solving, and concise communication for senior stakeholders. The position is on premises, requires up to 25% travel across manufacturing sites, and may involve occasional non-standard work hours to support a global organization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility. The annual base salary range is $162,900 to $271,500, with eligibility for a 20% target bonus under Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan and a share-based long-term incentive program.
