About The Position

Generation is seeking an AI Pilots Delivery Manager for a fixed-term, remote role to oversee the operational execution and coordination of AI learning tool pilots across various countries. This role is crucial in translating strategy and pilot design into effective on-the-ground delivery, ensuring pilots are completed on time, implemented as planned, and supported adequately at the country level. A key responsibility is the disciplined and timely collection of data throughout the pilot lifecycle to enable robust evaluation of learning outcomes, instructor effort, and tool effectiveness. The position will also support the onboarding and enablement of AI tools, ensuring instructors, delivery teams, and country leads are proficient in their use. The goal is to ensure AI pilots run smoothly, insights are gathered quickly, and execution risks are identified and addressed proactively. This role is planned to run from June 2026 through the end of March 2027. Generation is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from diverse backgrounds.
