About The Position

Our Solution Architecture organization is building a highly capable AI-native engineering group operating as a strategic modernization and transformation tiger team for the enterprise. This team will help accelerate the organization’s finance transformation and modernization strategy by partnering with engineering, architecture, and business teams to catalyze innovation, modernize delivery practices, and establish AI and agentic systems as first-class architectural, development, operational, and organizational capabilities. We are seeking highly autonomous engineers who combine solution architecture, software engineering, product thinking, AI-enabled delivery, automation, and operational ownership into a single execution-oriented capability. This is not a traditional software engineering role. The successful candidate understands that modern engineering is no longer about manually performing isolated technical tasks, but about designing intelligent systems that automate delivery, validation, deployment, operations, and continuous evolution across the lifecycle of enterprise products, services, platforms, and modernization initiatives. You will leverage AI-assisted and agentic tooling throughout the full lifecycle of products, services, operational systems, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates across traditional organizational boundaries, and understands that strong engineering fundamentals, systems thinking, personal initiative, and AI amplification enable small, highly capable tiger teams to deliver outsized impact across a large enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on software engineering and solution architecture experience across modern distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience using AI-assisted and agentic development workflows as a core part of daily engineering activities.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, agentic frameworks, context and memory management, orchestration systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool integration patterns.
  • Experience designing automation-first engineering and operational systems including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, deployment automation, operational tooling, and self-service platforms.
  • Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to independently move initiatives from concept to operational reality.
  • Experience operating across multiple technical domains including frontend engineering, backend engineering, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, QA automation, and UX/UI.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to work effectively across technical and organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset with the ability to rapidly learn new domains, technologies, and workflows.
  • Embraces an AI-first approach: Someone who actively incorporates AI tools, agentic systems, and automation technologies into daily workflows to enhance productivity, reduce operational friction, streamline delivery, and improve outcomes across the product and service lifecycle. Demonstrates curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and applies them thoughtfully to engineering, operational, and organizational challenges.

Nice To Haves
