About The Position

Ataccama is seeking a versatile, AI-native Marketing Manager to join their communications and content team. This role is central to the company's AI-native operating model for marketing content, blending creative storytelling with operational efficiency and leveraging AI as a force multiplier. The manager will own executive thought leadership on LinkedIn, drive the customer advocacy program, manage brand social media, and connect content to the buyer journey, all while building AI-powered systems for repeatable, excellent output. Ataccama is recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Augmented Data Quality and the Forrester Wave for Data Quality Solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience across social, content, or advocacy programs.
  • Genuinely AI-native: daily use of LLMs, experience building automations or agents beyond basic prompting, and a point of view on effective AI use.
  • Strong writing skills, differentiating between converting and filler content.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and social scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Curiosity about data, AI, and enterprise software, with the ability to write about technical topics in plain language.
  • A proactive 'doer' who builds repeatable systems rather than just completing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end LinkedIn programs for the CEO and CPO, including strategy, writing, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Manage posting plans and tone-of-voice guidelines for field leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Run the employee advocacy platform, including content queues, enablement, and participation.
  • Own the Ataccama LinkedIn channel, managing the editorial calendar, daily publishing, and reactive content.
  • Write social copy for product launches, press releases, events, and partner announcements.
  • Build the customer advocacy program, including advocate identification, reference management, and review campaigns on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Manage case study production, including customer scheduling, interview preparation, review cycles, and partner coordination.
  • Work with CSMs and sales to keep advocates engaged and the pipeline of stories moving.
  • Map content to buyer journey stages and identify gaps for the Director.
  • Support email nurture execution in HubSpot, including campaign emails, scheduling, and segmentation.
  • Track and report on performance across social, advocacy, and email channels.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for repetitive tasks like content pipelines, scheduling triggers, outreach sequences, and automated reporting.
  • Utilize AI to move from brief to draft faster and apply editorial judgment.
  • Prompt AI for specific voices to ensure distinct and human-sounding output from executives and experts.
  • Build repeatable production systems to ensure consistent quality.
  • Use AI to synthesize performance data and surface insights without manual assembly.
