About The Position

Tidio is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Mid/Senior) to own product marketing for one of their AI business lines. This role involves shaping the product story, leading go-to-market strategies, and executing end-to-end PMM initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess a strong go-to-market mindset, and be comfortable with creating assets like website content, launch materials, sales collateral, and lifecycle campaigns. The role emphasizes a launch-driven approach, experimental work, and an AI-first mindset, including using AI tools like Claude Code. The company is a leading AI customer service solution with a significant global user base and a growing team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally for technical, AI, dev-tool, or PLG products.
  • A strong track record of release/launch communication - owning the story across channels, including video.
  • An open, AI-first mindset with active daily use of AI tools like Claude Code — used to write, ship, and iterate on content and product work.
  • Comfort owning website content and product messaging.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to make decisions and optimize results.
  • A high taste for quality and the drive to find creative solutions.
  • The ability to move with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment.
  • Advanced English - B2/C1 level with strong language intuition and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously update website content and product messaging to ensure clarity and conversion impact.
  • Run release communication launch-to-launch, coordinating video production and owning social distribution across channels to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Partner closely with performance marketing to turn launches into measurable growth and revenue impact.
  • Immerse yourself in the product (multi-agent, MCP-native, evals, bring-your-own-model) to communicate its value with precision.
  • Use AI as an accelerator — work in Claude Code and ship content/site changes yourself.
  • Prepare sales enablement materials and email marketing automation (EMA) content — write and edit campaigns that nurture leads, keep users engaged across the lifecycle, supporting retention and conversion.
  • Lead experimental projects, such as testing influencer collaborations to amplify Lyro launches — exploratory in nature, with the goal of learning what scales and what could evolve into dedicated partnerships over time.
