About The Position

We're hiring AI-Native Auditors. Most auditors will spend the next five years getting retrained on AI. We're hiring the few who won't need to be. Early-career and already living in AI tools? We'll hand you our platform and let you out-produce an entire team.

Requirements

• Early-career auditor (roughly 0–4 years)
• CPA, CPA candidate, or on track
• Already living in AI tools and obsessed with using them to work faster
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• High-motor

Responsibilities

• Complete audit workpapers end-to-end, paired with our AI platform, at a speed and volume no traditional team can match
• Pull ready work from Modus' practice management system to keep engagements moving without waiting to be told what's next
• Own the quality of everything you ship, partnering with reviewers and partners through sign-off
• Push the product frontier — you'll be one of our heaviest users, and your feedback directly shapes the tools every Modus auditor relies on
