About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, mission-focused Technical Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and accelerate delivery of AI/ML and secure cloud concepts and solutions across several Intelligence Community programs. This hybrid role is open to candidates in Chantilly, Virginia, or Reston, Virginia. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active TS clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. The role combines programmatic execution and accreditation leadership. The manager serves as the primary programmatic liaison and task manager for external program teams, collecting requests, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and supporting business growth. The manager also drives Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes to transition AI/ML prototypes into operational high-side environments. The position coordinates and prioritizes requests from multiple programs into a shared team backlog, builds relationships with program leads, and manages realistic schedules and milestones. It partners with security stakeholders on RMF/ICD 503 processes and accreditation documentation, including System Security Plans, and interfaces with Government Security Officers such as ISSOs and ISSMs. It also coordinates with Corporate IT, facilities, and security teams to establish and maintain secure workspaces, labs, and closed areas. The manager supports developers by helping test, refine, and document experimental code and models, and collaborates with the core AI/ML developer to research, architect, and design rapid, high-fidelity proof-of-concept demonstrations.
