About The Position
Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) seeks an AI/Machine Learning Specialist to lead the design and deployment of AI/ML models that advance MC&FP’s mission outcomes while ensuring ethical and compliant use. The role involves developing prototypes and prompt engineering libraries, implementing data pipelines and model governance controls, and collaborating with the DoD CIO on AI ethics and AI risk alignment under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in AI, ML, or data science solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) at minimum.
- Eligibility for Public Trust; must have at least Public Trust or ADP/IT-2 investigations.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Nice To Haves
- CQA, CMQ/OE, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting DoD quality programs.
- Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) at minimum.
Responsibilities
