AI Lead Construction Specialist
About The Position
The AI Lead Construction Specialist for PCL Industrial Services, Inc., within Arizona Industrial, leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison between construction operations, business partners, and enterprise AI governance. The role advances AI opportunities, supports responsible and compliant delivery, drives adoption and change management, and maximizes business value through scalable AI solutions. The position is based in Chandler, Arizona; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.
- Construction and/or construction management experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
- Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
