AI Lead Construction Specialist
About The Position
PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is hiring an AI Lead Construction Specialist in Chandler, Arizona, within Arizona Industrial. The role leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison among construction operations, business partners, and enterprise AI governance. The specialist advances AI opportunities, supports responsible and compliant delivery, drives adoption and change management, and maximizes business value through scalable AI solutions. This is a primarily office-based position in Chandler. The successful candidate is expected to work regularly from the office and collaborate in person with business and operational teams; it is not a remote position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona. Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.
- Construction and/or construction management experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona.
- Expected to work regularly from the Chandler office and collaborate in person.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
- Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
