Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end AI platform architecture including Generative AI & Agentic AI Solution Architecture, Cloud-Native Platform Engineering, Enterprise Integration & Event-Driven Architecture and DevSecOps, SRE & Production Operations
- HS Diploma/GED

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI platform architecture on Azure (AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry)
- Define agentic orchestration framework - MAF, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel
- Translate VBP business requirements into technical roadmap and sprint-ready stories
- Lead code review standards, architectural governance, and technical decision records
- Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance is embedded in platform design from day one
- Serve as primary technical escalation point for Risant client stakeholders
- Oversee all 10 team members on technical direction - onshore and offshore
