About The Position

Dentsu is operationalizing AI across its brands and practices. The AI Governance Concierge Service provides Americas business teams with a dedicated point of contact to guide AI product adoption through governance review and implementation. The AI Governance Engineer serves as process navigator, program manager, and technical implementer for the service, working closely with the AI Governance Service Lead. The Engineer reviews submission packages approved by the Lead, develops a thorough understanding of each business case, vendor research, risk profile, and policy rationale, and takes ownership of coordinating submissions through cross-functional review. The role serves as the knowledgeable primary contact for reviewing functions, works with the Analyst on additional research or documentation, tracks progress and blockers, and owns implementation after approval. The service aims to provide a clear path forward for business teams, including identifying suitable alternatives or solutions that meet governance requirements and clearly documenting risks when approval cannot be granted. The role also coordinates complete onboarding of approved solutions, ensures records and agreements are in order, checks that solutions are operating within approved parameters after launch, and continuously improves review and implementation processes. The position is hybrid, with regular in-person collaboration for employees living within commuting distance of an office; those outside that distance may be designated remote depending on role and business needs. Regardless of location, occasional office attendance may be required.
