About The Position

Dentsu is operationalizing AI across its brands and practices, and the AI Governance Concierge Service provides Americas business teams with a dedicated expert point of contact for AI product adoption. The AI Governance Analyst supports this service by researching AI tools, platforms, and vendors; documenting findings; and preparing complete, precise, submission-ready materials for governance review. Working closely with the AI Governance Service Lead, the Analyst helps Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Emerging Technology, Procurement, and Global Enterprise Technology make informed decisions efficiently. The service aims to provide business teams with a clear path forward, which may include approving solutions that meet dentsu’s standards, identifying suitable alternatives, or documenting risks for the business to weigh. The Analyst owns research, documentation, and submission activity, and contributes to the development of the program’s research methods, processes, and documentation standards.
