Didero - AI Forward Deployed Engineer
About The Position
Didero is an AI company focused on automating procurement and supplier management. They have raised $37M in Series A funding, led by Headline, Chemistry, and M12. This role involves working with customers to understand their procurement, ERP, and operations workflows and translating those into technical solutions. The engineer will build integrations with major ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Business Central using APIs and data pipelines, and develop backend services and workflow automations using Python/Django. A key aspect of the role is to identify repeatable patterns from customer implementations and feed them into the core platform. The position also includes customer discovery, deployment planning, and conducting on-site workshops approximately 1-2 times per month. The tech stack includes Python, Django, React, TypeScript, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Business Central, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs professional SWE with strong backend experience
- Proficiency in Python/Django (or comparable)
- Experience with integrations with external APIs, enterprise software, data pipelines
- Ability to translate customer/cross-functional requirements
- Systems thinking in ambiguity
- US citizen/GC
Responsibilities
