About The Position

Nebius Academy is an international online learning platform dedicated to helping engineering teams master AI and cloud technologies. We specialize in creating hands-on, industry-relevant programs for B2B audiences, blending deep technical expertise with practical application. Our QA curriculum specifically focuses on AI-assisted quality engineering, teaching how to leverage modern AI tools for smarter test writing, faster automation, and building more reliable mobile and backend products. We are currently building a talent pool of experienced QA engineers and technical experts for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts within our AI-assisted QA educational program. We are seeking specialists proficient in areas such as Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Mobile QA (Android / iOS), and other languages with a QA focus. Ideal candidates not only possess deep knowledge of their tech stack but also actively utilize AI-assisted QA tools in their daily work. Experience with tools like Cursor, testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA, AI-powered test generation, agentic workflows, MCP ecosystem integrations, or similar is highly valued. The ability to effectively teach others how to integrate these tools into practical QA workflows is a key differentiator. These are Talent Pool positions, meaning applications are reviewed continuously to build our roster of experts. While an immediate opening may not exist upon application, strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise. Roles are part-time, requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week, and can involve instructing live sessions and workshops, authoring learning materials, or supporting curriculum development as a subject matter expert. Teaching sessions are compensated separately.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, with a strong focus on mobile QA (Android/iOS), test automation, or AI-assisted quality engineering
• Solid knowledge of one or more of the following: Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools such as Cursor, testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA, MCP ecosystem integrations, agentic workflows, or similar, with real implementation experience and measurable impact
• Strong ability to share knowledge through content creation, training, mentoring, or facilitation, making complex QA concepts clear, practical, and engaging for learners
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones
• Ability to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Russian or Spanish is a strong plus

• Ability to evaluate real-world AI/QA tools, testing architectures, and workflows, distinguishing practical approaches from hype
