About The Position

Nebius Academy is an educational platform dedicated to assisting business professionals and organizations in navigating the AI-driven transformation era. We develop specialized courses focused on the strategic application of AI tools in real-world business workflows, including sales, marketing, learning & development, and organizational management. Our programs are tailored for working professionals who need to actively implement AI, emphasizing practical adoption, measurable impact, and experienced-based judgment to empower individuals and teams to lead change effectively.

Our mission is to equip business professionals with the necessary knowledge and frameworks to make informed AI decisions, drive AI adoption within their organizations, and emerge as leaders in the evolving world of work.

We are seeking experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders to join our talent pool for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts within our AI for Business & Transformation program. Our courses encompass AI for Smart Work, AI for Sales, AI for L&D, AI for Marketing, and AI for Teachers. We recruit across three experience levels: Junior Specialists (1-3 years experience), Middle Experts (3-6 years experience), and Senior SMEs (6+ years experience). What distinguishes our experts is their ability to translate practical AI experience into impactful learning for a discerning audience.

These are Talent Pool positions, meaning applications are continuously reviewed to build our roster of experts. While an immediate opening may not exist upon application, strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise. Roles are part-time (10-15 hours per week) and can involve instructing live sessions, creating learning materials, or supporting curriculum development. Our selection process is fully asynchronous and designed to respect your time, including application review, a video interview, a test assignment, and a final hiring manager call.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience implementing AI tools or contributing to digital transformation initiatives in business environments
• Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to business workflows, such as ChatGPT, Copilot for M365, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar
• Practical understanding of AI use cases across business functions such as sales, marketing, L&D, operations, or related areas
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly, using practical business examples and actionable use cases for non-technical audiences
• Strong ability to share knowledge through consulting, training, content creation, coaching, mentoring, or facilitation
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones
• Ability to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Russian or Spanish is a strong plus
• Background in business consulting, corporate training, professional coaching, digital transformation, or knowledge-sharing is a plus

Nice To Haves

• 6+ years of experience working with business leaders, senior managers, or C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, digital transformation, or organizational change initiatives
• Ability to evaluate real-world AI applications in business contexts and distinguish practical, high-ROI approaches from hype
• Experience creating competency maps, maturity frameworks, skill decompositions, or curriculum structures
• Familiarity with AI governance, build-vs-buy decisions, and change management principles
• Ability to review learning content and provide structured feedback

Responsibilities

• Deliver live workshops and training sessions

• Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance

• Support program updates based on learner feedback and market needs
