About The Position

Nebius Academy is an educational platform dedicated to assisting business professionals and organizations in navigating the AI-driven transformation era. We specialize in creating targeted courses that equip practitioners with the skills to strategically apply AI tools within real-world business workflows. Our programs are specifically designed for working professionals who need to actively implement AI, rather than just understand its concepts. We emphasize practical adoption, measurable outcomes, and the development of seasoned judgment, enabling individuals and teams to lead change proactively. Our mission is to empower business professionals with the essential knowledge and frameworks to make informed AI decisions, foster widespread adoption within their organizations, and emerge as leaders in the evolving landscape of work. We are currently seeking experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders to join our talent pool for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts for our AI for Managers course. This course is tailored for business leaders who must make critical decisions regarding AI adoption, team leadership through AI integration, and impact measurement. It encompasses AI strategy, change management, governance, and practical application across various business functions. We recruit for three distinct role types: Instructors are responsible for delivering the AI for Managers curriculum live, facilitating sessions, managing Q&A, and adapting content to suit the audience. Ideal candidates possess proven experience in training managers and business leaders, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to articulate AI concepts in clear, decision-oriented language, avoiding technical jargon. Authors are tasked with designing and writing the learning materials for AI for Managers, including frameworks, case studies, and structured content for non-technical, managerial audiences. They should have over 7 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or IT/business leadership, with practical experience in leading AI implementation initiatives. Subject Matter Experts combine deep domain knowledge with the capability to both create curriculum and deliver it live. They should have over 7 years of experience working with C-level stakeholders on AI and digital transformation, have led end-to-end AI adoption across cross-functional organizations, and can serve as authoritative voices for senior, skeptical audiences. What distinguishes our experts is their ability to translate real-world AI implementation experience into effective learning for senior, busy, and potentially skeptical audiences, cutting through the hype. These are Talent Pool positions, meaning we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. While an immediate opening may not exist upon application, strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise. This is a part-time opportunity (10–15 hours per week), allowing you to contribute as an instructor leading live sessions, a course author creating learning materials, or a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development. We encourage you to apply now, as we review applications on an ongoing basis. Our selection process is fully asynchronous and designed to be respectful of your time, involving application review, a short self-recorded video interview, a test assignment, inclusion in the Talent Pool, and a final Hiring Manager Call for relevant positions.
