About The Position

We are looking for an AI-First Product Builder with expertise in Go and TypeScript to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for rapid prototyping and shipping of AI-powered features, taking end-to-end ownership of products from idea to deployment. You will develop scalable Go services, integrate RAG systems, memory, and agent workflows, and implement modern frontends with TypeScript. A key aspect of this role involves creating generative UI and agentic interfaces, working with design-as-code principles, and leading cross-functional collaboration in a flat hierarchy. We foster a velocity-driven culture focused on continuous improvement of speed and quality, prioritizing output over extensive coordination.

Requirements

• Very good to excellent Go knowledge (Backend, APIs, Concurrency, Performance, Architecture).
• Good to very good knowledge in TypeScript, ideally in a full-stack context.
• Practical experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable tools.
• Strong understanding of AI system design (RAG, Agents, Evaluation, Cost & Latency Management).
• Experience with logistical processes, e.g., Warehouse Management, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain, and the ability to map these into software.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate user problems into concrete, measurable features and prioritize them.
• You think like a Product Builder, not like a classic PM or pure developer.
• You have the ambition to question existing processes and replace them with better approaches.
• High degree of personal responsibility and ownership mentality; you do not wait for approvals.
• You learn quickly and navigate confidently in a constantly changing technological environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Design Systems as Code.
• Experience in AI-First teams or Frontier Tech environments.
• Fluent German and English skills (internal language is English).

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build functional prototypes using tools like Claude Code or Cursor, conduct evaluations, analyze latency and token costs, and deploy features directly into production.
• Develop features from user feedback and hypotheses without traditional PRDs, validating through actual usage and taking responsibility from idea to deployment.
• Develop scalable Go services (REST, gRPC, Microservices) while integrating RAG systems, memory, and agent workflows.
• Develop and integrate modern frontends or services with TypeScript, especially for rapid iterations and AI-driven interfaces.
• Develop dynamic interfaces with AI-first approaches and work with design-as-code (e.g., DESIGN.md, Tailwind + AI).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Founders in a flat hierarchy where everyone builds and takes ownership.
• Continuously improve speed and quality with a clear focus on output rather than coordination.
