About The Position

The company has secured seed funding and is already collaborating with major enterprise design partners. They are developing an intelligent system that transitions from reactive workflows to proactive, AI-driven problem-solving. This is a founding-level opportunity to join at an early stage, with validated products and a clear trajectory for growth.

Requirements

Experience building and shipping AI agents in production environments.
Strong Python and hands-on experience working with LLMs.
Deep understanding of AI evaluation, metrics, and real-world performance challenges.
Experience using AI-native coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, v0).
Background in high-growth startups or enterprise AI teams.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive, opinionated, and product-focused.

Responsibilities

Build and own core AI agents responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
Develop LLM-powered systems including query agents, reasoning pipelines, and retrieval frameworks.
Design and implement evaluation frameworks to continuously improve AI performance.
Work across multi-source enterprise data (MDMs, ticketing systems, vulnerability tools, etc.).
Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand problems and ship solutions quickly.
Take full ownership of features from concept through to production.
